Sebi Proposes Shorter DR Drills For Exchanges

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has proposed reducing disaster recovery (DR) drills for market infrastructure institutions (MIIs) to a minimum of four hours. These drills will now be conducted on non-working days, involving a switchover from the primary data centre to the disaster recovery site. This change aims to accommodate extended trading hours, especially for commodity derivatives.
