Reliance Team Meets Bengal Govt To Discuss Investment Opportunities in Key Sectors

A 20-member Reliance Industries team met with West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari and senior state officials on Wednesday to explore potential investment areas. The discussions focused on infrastructure, power, energy, and healthcare, including the possibility of establishing a medical college. The development of projects through public-private partnerships was also considered during the two-hour meeting. The undersea cable landing station project by Reliance Jio at Digha was also reviewed, aiming to boost internet connectivity.

रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज की 20 सदस्यीय टीम ने बुधवार को पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्यमंत्री सुवेंदु अधिकारी और राज्य के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों से मुलाकात की। उन्होंने निवेश के संभावित क्षेत्रों पर चर्चा की। बातचीत में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर, बिजली, ऊर्जा और हेल्थकेयर जैसे क्षेत्रों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया। इसमें एक मेडिकल कॉलेज स्थापित करने की संभावना पर भी बात हुई। दो घंटे चली इस बैठक में पब्लिक-प्राइवेट पार्टनरशिप के ज़रिए प्रोजेक्ट्स के विकास पर भी विचार किया गया। रिलायंस जियो के दीघा में अंडरसी केबल लैंडिंग स्टेशन प्रोजेक्ट की भी समीक्षा की गई, जिसका मकसद इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी को बेहतर बनाना है।
