Ajay Devgn's team has clarified reports of his Juhu property being partially demolished by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). They stated the property is rented out and not the actor's residence. The team asserted they are complying with all BMC rules and have completed necessary alterations as required by the civic body. The BMC had issued a notice alleging unauthorized additions and alterations, which the owners' reply failed to justify, leading to the order for removal.

अजय देवगन की टीम ने उनके जुहू स्थित प्रॉपर्टी में बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम (बीएमसी) द्वारा आंशिक तोड़फोड़ की खबरों पर स्पष्टीकरण दिया है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रॉपर्टी किराए पर दी गई है और यह अभिनेता का निवास स्थान नहीं है। टीम ने जोर देकर कहा कि वे बीएमसी के सभी नियमों का पालन कर रहे हैं और नागरिक निकाय द्वारा आवश्यक सभी बदलाव पूरे कर लिए हैं। बीएमसी ने अनधिकृत जोड़तोड़ का आरोप लगाते हुए एक नोटिस जारी किया था, जिसे मालिकों के जवाब ने उचित नहीं ठहराया, जिसके कारण हटाने का आदेश दिया गया।
