Journalist Confronts Indian Family Over H-1B Abuse Allegations, Police Called

An Indian family in Plano, Texas, called the police after journalist Sara Gonzales confronted them at their home regarding alleged H-1B visa abuse. Gonzales was investigating Rajender Rao Bairineni, owner of Global Star IT Serve LLC, accused of not paying an H-1B hire for two months and illegally deducting from his salary. The H-1B employee also claimed Bairineni used a fake office address and pressured him to sign documents.
