Muthoot Microfin has successfully raised ₹250 crore by issuing Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through a private placement. These listed, rated, secured, and redeemable NCDs will be available on the BSE. This strategic move aims to bolster the company's funding, diversify its liabilities, and reduce borrowing costs. The issuance comprises 2,50,000 NCDs, each valued at ₹10,000, with a 24-month tenure and a 9.25% annual coupon rate paid monthly.

मुथूट माइक्रोफाइन ने प्राइवेट प्लेसमेंट के ज़रिए ₹250 करोड़ जुटाए हैं। यह पैसा नॉन-कन्वर्टिबल डिबेंचर्स (NCDs) जारी करके आया है। ये NCDs BSE पर लिस्टेड होंगे और इन पर 9.25% सालाना ब्याज मिलेगा, जो हर महीने दिया जाएगा। कंपनी का कहना है कि इससे फंड बढ़ेगा, कर्ज़ के स्रोत अलग होंगे और ब्याज का खर्च कम होगा। ये 24 महीने के लिए हैं।
