उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने राज्य में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में हुए बड़े सुधारों पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले जहाँ स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था खराब थी, वहीं अब यह स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा का क्षेत्र बन गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि 2017 से मेडिकल कॉलेजों की संख्या 36 से बढ़कर 85 हो गई है, और MBBS सीटों की संख्या 4,690 से बढ़कर 13,600 से अधिक हो गई है। इस विस्तार से मेडिकल शिक्षा के अधिक अवसर मिलेंगे और लोगों को घर के पास बेहतर इलाज मिलेगा।
