This decision comes just a day after she secured her first WTA title in two years by defeating Mirra Andreeva in the China Open final on Sunday. Andreeva, who also lost to Qinwen in the China Open final, has also withdrawn from the Wuhan event, citing a schedule change. Both players have been replaced in the Wuhan draw by lucky losers.
