NASA test pilot Luke Delaney is set to embark on his first spaceflight as pilot of SpaceX's Crew 13 mission to the International Space Station on October 1st. Delaney, who has extensive aviation and military experience, will join a four-person crew for a six-month stay. The mission aims to conduct scientific investigations and test new technologies. The crew is currently in quarantine at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston.
