VHP Plans Statewide Temple Clean-up Drive in Maharashtra Before Diwali

The Vishwa Hindu Parishad's Mandir Archak Purohit Sampark Ayam has organized a statewide temple cleanliness campaign in Maharashtra, targeting at least 50 temples in every taluka and. The four-hour drives, from 7 am to 11 am, aim to clean temples and their surroundings, including sweeping halls, courtyards, and entrances. The initiative also emphasizes waste segregation, composting floral waste, and safe illumination of temples during Diwali celebrations. Volunteers are encouraged to contribute cleaning materials or assist with arrangements, and to provide essentials to needy families.

विश्व हिंदू परिषद के मंदिर अर्चक पुरोहित संपर्क आयाम ने महाराष्ट्र में एक राज्यव्यापी मंदिर स्वच्छता अभियान आयोजित किया है, जिसका लक्ष्य हर तालुका में कम से कम 50 मंदिरों को साफ करना है। सुबह 7 बजे से 11 बजे तक चलने वाले चार घंटे के इस अभियान का उद्देश्य मंदिरों और उनके आसपास के इलाकों की सफाई करना है, जिसमें हॉल, आंगन और प्रवेश द्वारों की झाड़ू लगाना शामिल है। इस पहल में कचरे को अलग करना, फूलों के कचरे से खाद बनाना और दिवाली के दौरान मंदिरों को सुरक्षित रूप से रोशन करने पर भी जोर दिया गया है।
