The complainant, Nishant Sikri, discovered the foreign object while serving the juice to guests on Bhaiya Dooj, causing embarrassment. A laboratory test confirmed the bottle contained an unsafe foreign substance. Fresca Foods failed to appear before the commission, leading to an ex parte decision. The commission ordered a refund, laboratory charges, compensation, and litigation costs.
