Visakhapatnam's GVMC chief city planner A Prabhakar Rao has assured builders and developers that measures are being taken to resolve issues concerning building permissions, APDPMS applications, and water supply connections. The town planning department is working to make the building permission process more transparent, streamlined, and time-bound, aiming to dispose of online applications within stipulated timeframes. A meeting with developers also addressed concerns regarding water supply connections for apartment projects, with officials explaining procedures and advising on appropriate connection types.
