Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian man near Jenin in the occupied West Bank on Sunday. The army stated the man attempted a vehicular attack near the illegal settlement of Ganim. No Israeli forces were reported casualties. The Palestine Red Crescent Society reported that Israeli forces prevented their medical team from reaching the victim. In a separate incident, an Israeli settler was fatally shot near Halamish.
