Delhi Property Owners Get Digital Smart Cards

Thousands of Delhi property owners in Lal Dora and Abadi villages will soon receive smart property cards for digitally verified ownership records. Surveys are complete in 48 villages, with cards ready for 30. This initiative aims to significantly reduce property disputes and improve land record management. The smart cards will integrate with online registration systems, ensuring tamper-proof digital ownership details for residents.

दिल्ली के लाल डोरा और आबादी वाले गांवों के हज़ारों प्रॉपर्टी मालिकों को जल्द ही स्मार्ट प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड मिलेंगे। इससे उनकी मालिकाना हक़ की डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड पक्की हो जाएगी। 48 गांवों में सर्वे पूरा हो चुका है और 30 गांवों के लिए कार्ड तैयार हैं। इस कदम से प्रॉपर्टी के झगड़े कम होंगे और ज़मीन के रिकॉर्ड का प्रबंधन बेहतर होगा। ये स्मार्ट कार्ड ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन सिस्टम से जुड़ेंगे, जिससे मालिकाना हक़ के डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड सुरक्षित रहेंगे।
