Rajasthan HC Grants Bail to Ex-MLA Baljeet Yadav in Rs 3.72 Crore Money Laundering Case

The Rajasthan High Court has granted bail to former Behror MLA Baljeet Yadav, who was arrested nine months ago by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The case involves alleged misappropriation of Rs 3.72 crore from the MLA Local Area Development fund. This was Yadav's second bail application, as his previous plea was rejected by the High Court and later dismissed by the Supreme Court, which had directed the ED to expedite the trial.
