Kankanady Town police in Mangaluru have registered a case against Orla Career Solutions for allegedly conducting overseas recruitment without the mandatory licence required under the Emigration Act, 1983. The Protector of Emigrants, Bengaluru, filed a complaint after the firm advertised recruitment interviews for jobs in Luxembourg. Authorities suspect the firm misled job seekers by offering overseas employment through unauthorised means and possibly collecting money. Further investigation is underway to determine the full extent of the alleged illegal activities.

मंगलुरु के कनकनडी टाउन पुलिस ने Orla Career Solutions के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया है। आरोप है कि कंपनी Emigration Act, 1983 के तहत जरूरी लाइसेंस के बिना विदेश में नौकरी दिलाने का काम कर रही थी। बेंगलुरु के Protector of Emigrants ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई, क्योंकि कंपनी ने लक्जमबर्ग में नौकरियों के लिए इंटरव्यू का विज्ञापन दिया था। अधिकारियों को शक है कि कंपनी ने नौकरी चाहने वालों को गलत तरीके से विदेश में नौकरी दिलाने का झांसा दिया और शायद पैसे भी वसूले। कंपनी की अवैध गतिविधियों की पूरी जानकारी के लिए आगे जांच चल रही है।
