Yatharth Hospital shares surged 20% in two days following a ₹3,150 crore investment deal with US private equity firm Advent International. Advent will acquire a 24.9% stake, boosting the hospital's market price to a new high. This investment supports Yatharth's expansion plans to increase its bed capacity from over 2,800 to over 5,000 within three years. The company operates nine multi-speciality hospitals, primarily in North India.
