4 Tangkhul Naga Men Found Dead Near Myanmar

The bodies of four Tangkhul Naga men, allegedly killed by militants, were discovered near the Myanmar border in Manipur's Kamjong district. Police found the bodies, bearing multiple bullet marks, at an isolated spot in Pilong village early Friday morning after a search. Locals claim militants from Myanmar crossed the border and ambushed a group of five villagers, with one escaping to alert authorities. The killings occur amidst a recent escalation of Kuki-Naga violence in Manipur, with several attacks reported on both communities.
