Protests Erupt Over Minor's Molestation Video

Protests demanding accountability and stronger security for girls erupted in Jamui and Patna on Tuesday following the alleged molestation and assault of a minor schoolgirl and the circulation of her video. Student and opposition outfits, including ABVP, Youth Congress, NSUI, DYFI, and AIDWA, participated, calling for thorough investigations, protection of the victim's privacy, increased police presence near educational institutions, and strict action against all accused under the POCSO Act.

नाबालिग से छेड़छाड़ वीडियो पर भड़का जन आक्रोश

मंगलवार को जमुई और पटना में लड़कियों की सुरक्षा और जवाबदेही की मांग को लेकर ज़ोरदार प्रदर्शन हुए। एक नाबालिग छात्रा के साथ कथित छेड़छाड़ और मारपीट और उसका वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद यह विरोध प्रदर्शन हुआ। एबीवीपी, यूथ कांग्रेस, एनएसयूआई, डीवाईएफआई और एडवां जैसी छात्र और विपक्षी पार्टियों ने इसमें हिस्सा लिया। उन्होंने निष्पक्ष जांच, पीड़िता की निजता की सुरक्षा, शिक्षण संस्थानों के पास पुलिस की मौजूदगी बढ़ाने और POCSO एक्ट के तहत सभी आरोपियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की।
