Kerala Govt To Examine Waqf Board Reconstitution Aspects

Kerala Waqf Minister N. Samsudheen stated on Monday that the state government will thoroughly examine all aspects, including pending legal issues, before making any decision on reconstituting the Waqf Board. He clarified that no decision has been made to dissolve or reconstitute the existing board, addressing recent reports. The Minister mentioned that cases related to the Waqf Board are pending before the Kerala High Court and the Supreme Court. The government will proceed only after a comprehensive review of these legal matters.

केरल सरकार वक्फ बोर्ड के पुनर्गठन के पहलुओं की जांच करेगी

केरल के वक्फ मंत्री एन. शमसुद्दीन ने सोमवार को कहा कि राज्य सरकार वक्फ बोर्ड के पुनर्गठन पर कोई भी फैसला लेने से पहले लंबित कानूनी मुद्दों सहित सभी पहलुओं की अच्छी तरह से जांच करेगी। उन्होंने हालिया रिपोर्टों पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए स्पष्ट किया कि मौजूदा बोर्ड को भंग करने या पुनर्गठन करने का कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया गया है। मंत्री ने बताया कि वक्फ बोर्ड से संबंधित मामले केरल हाई कोर्ट और Supreme Court में लंबित हैं। सरकार इन कानूनी मामलों की पूरी समीक्षा के बाद ही आगे बढ़ेगी।
