Karnataka North-East Teachers’ Constituency Polls Oct 23

The Election Commission of India has announced biennial elections for the Karnataka Legislative Council from the North-East Teachers’ Constituency. Polling is scheduled for October 23, with vote counting on October 27. The constituency covers Kalaburagi, Bidar, Raichur, Ballari, Koppal, Yadgir, and Vijayanagara districts. The Model Code of Conduct is now in effect for this region. This election is one of four Legislative Council elections happening on the same day in Karnataka.

कर्नाटक उत्तर-पूर्व शिक्षक सीट पर 23 अक्टूबर को चुनाव

भारत के चुनाव आयोग ने कर्नाटक विधान परिषद के उत्तर-पूर्व शिक्षक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए द्विवार्षिक चुनाव की घोषणा की है। मतदान 23 अक्टूबर को होगा और मतगणना 27 अक्टूबर को होगी। इस क्षेत्र में कलबुर्गी, बीदर, रायचूर, बल्लारी, कोप्पल, यादगीर और विजयनगर जिले शामिल हैं। इस क्षेत्र में आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू हो गई है। यह चुनाव कर्नाटक में उसी दिन होने वाले चार विधान परिषद चुनावों में से एक है।
