राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपी एक मेडिकल अधिकारी के निलंबन को बहाल कर दिया है। एक एकल-न्यायाधीश पीठ ने एक ट्रिब्यूनल के उस आदेश को रद्द कर दिया जिसने निलंबन रद्द कर दिया था, यह कहते हुए कि तकनीकी आधार पर ऐसे आदेशों को रद्द करने से गलत संदेश जा सकता है और शिकायतकर्ताओं पर दबाव पड़ सकता है। अदालत ने कार्यस्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न के मामलों में शिकायतकर्ता के हितों की रक्षा करने और जांच निष्पक्षता सुनिश्चित करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। हाईकोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि वह आरोपों की योग्यता पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं कर रहा है और जांच को स्वतंत्र रूप से आगे बढ़ाने का निर्देश दिया।
