HCLTech Software Unit Acquires Robotiq.ai For 9 Million

HCLTech's software division, HCLSoftware, has announced its intention to acquire 100% of Croatia-based Robotiq.ai for nine million euros. This acquisition aims to enhance HCL's enterprise robotic process automation capabilities, particularly for automating tasks where APIs are insufficient. Robotiq.ai, founded in 2018, provides enterprise-grade RPA to automate repetitive manual processes, primarily serving large banks, insurance groups, and telecom providers. The deal is expected to close in November 2026, strengthening HCL's AI-driven workflow automation offerings.
