2kg Paneer Destroyed in Ranchi After Failing Quality Checks

Food safety officials in Ranchi recently seized and destroyed approximately 2 kg of paneer at the Morabadi vendor market after two samples failed quality tests. This action highlights ongoing scrutiny of dairy products, as nearly seven out of ten paneer samples tested at the state food laboratory were found to be substandard. Officials inspected 40 stalls and tested 22 food samples using a mobile laboratory. The failed paneer samples were destroyed on the spot, following previous seizures of adulterated paneer and khowa in the city.

रांची में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों ने हाल ही में मोराबादी विक्रेता बाजार में लगभग 2 किलो पनीर जब्त कर नष्ट कर दिया, क्योंकि दो नमूने गुणवत्ता जांच में फेल हो गए थे। यह कार्रवाई डेयरी उत्पादों पर चल रही जांच को उजागर करती है, क्योंकि राज्य खाद्य प्रयोगशाला में परीक्षण किए गए दस में से लगभग सात पनीर के नमूने घटिया पाए गए थे। अधिकारियों ने 40 स्टालों का निरीक्षण किया और एक मोबाइल प्रयोगशाला का उपयोग करके 22 खाद्य नमूनों का परीक्षण किया। फेल हुए पनीर के नमूनों को मौके पर ही नष्ट कर दिया गया, इससे पहले भी शहर में मिलावटी पनीर और खोवा जब्त किया गया था।
