HC Notice To Minister Naik Over Plot Misuse

The Bombay High Court has issued notices to Maharashtra minister Ganesh Naik, his son Sandeep Naik, and others regarding a PIL alleging misuse of three MIDC industrial plots in Khairane. The plots were allegedly allotted for industrial activity and employment generation but are being used for political and commercial purposes instead. The court has given respondents two weeks to file their replies. This case questions the adherence to allotment conditions for industrial land.

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने महाराष्ट्र के मंत्री गणेश नाईक, उनके बेटे संदीप नाईक और अन्य को नोटिस जारी किया है। यह नोटिस खैराणे में तीन MIDC औद्योगिक भूखंडों के कथित दुरुपयोग के संबंध में एक जनहित याचिका (PIL) पर आया है। आरोप है कि ये भूखंड उद्योगों और रोजगार के लिए दिए गए थे, लेकिन इनका इस्तेमाल राजनीतिक और व्यावसायिक कामों के लिए हो रहा है। कोर्ट ने जवाब देने के लिए दो हफ़्ते का समय दिया है।
