Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, aims to increase his net worth by two-thirds through the continent's largest-ever IPO. The public offering of his Nigerian oil refinery business, Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals, could add $23 billion to his current $35 billion fortune. Dangote has framed the offering as "an IPO for the people," with a minimum subscription of 10 shares at 5,250 naira.
