Ancient Gaelic Festival Samhain Connects to Scorpio Season's Themes

Hindustan Times · lifestyle

Samhain, an ancient Gaelic festival observed from October 31 to November 1, marks the end of harvest and the start of winter. Folklore suggests it's a time when the veil between the living and spirit worlds thins, facilitating remembrance of the deceased. Astrologically, Scorpio season mirrors these themes of endings, transformation, and confronting loss. This period encourages introspection on security, relationships, and habits, prompting reflection on what to release and what to embrace for the coming season. Simple rituals can help mark this transition.
