India's Abhishek Sharma has climbed to the second position in the latest ICC T20I rankings for batsmen, surpassing Pakistan's Sahibzada Farhan. Sharma's stellar performance against Afghanistan, including a 32-ball 82 and a 19-ball 39, propelled his ascent. Ishan Kishan remains the top-ranked batsman. Pacer Jasprit Bumrah has re-entered the top-10, while Arshdeep Singh moved to 14th. Varun Chakaravarthy also saw a jump but has been ruled out of upcoming games.
