Thailand: China Must Make Extradition Request For Uyghur Men

Thailand has stated that China must submit a formal extradition request if it wishes to have two Uyghur men returned. The men, who have been held in Thailand for over a decade, have pleaded not to be sent back to China, fearing abuse or torture.
