UPI to introduce charges for select transactions

नेशनल पेमेंट्स कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया 15 अक्टूबर से कुछ UPI ट्रांजैक्शन पर मर्चेंट डिस्काउंट रेट लागू करेगा। यह चार्ज व्यापारियों को देना होगा, ग्राहकों को नहीं। इस फैसले से व्यापारी नाराज़ हैं और उन्होंने 2 अक्टूबर को 'नो UPI डे' मनाने का ऐलान किया है। इस बदलाव से UPI इस्तेमाल करने वाले बिज़नेस के खर्चों पर असर पड़ सकता है।
