PNB Scam Accused Sandeep Mistry Deported From UAE

The CBI has successfully deported Sandeep Mistry, an accused in the Nirav Modi PNB bank fraud case, from the UAE to India. Mistry was wanted for his alleged involvement in bank fraud through fictitious international trade transactions. He is accused of monitoring company activities, using self-deleting communication platforms, and facilitating fake import-export documents. The CBI coordinated with the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Home Affairs for this operation. Mistry has been presented before a court and sent to judicial custody.

सीबीआई ने नीरव मोदी पीएनबी बैंक धोखाधड़ी मामले के आरोपी संदीप मिस्त्री को यूएई से भारत प्रत्यर्पित करने में सफलता हासिल की है। मिस्त्री पर फर्जी अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यापार लेनदेन के माध्यम से बैंक धोखाधड़ी में कथित संलिप्तता के लिएWanted था। उस पर कंपनी की गतिविधियों की निगरानी करने, सेल्फ-डिलीट होने वाले संचार प्लेटफार्मों का उपयोग करने और नकली आयात-निर्यात दस्तावेजों की सुविधा प्रदान करने का आरोप है। सीबीआई ने इस ऑपरेशन के लिए विदेश मंत्रालय और गृह मंत्रालय के साथ समन्वय किया। मिस्त्री को अदालत में पेश किया गया और न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है।
