Disabled Man Assaulted and Subjected to Unnatural Act in Gujarat Village

Police in Rajkot have registered a criminal case against Karu Sagarka from Jamwadi village for allegedly assaulting and committing an unnatural offence against a 28-year-old disabled man. The incident occurred on Thursday evening when the victim, who is speech and hearing impaired, was returning from a temple. He reportedly informed his father that Sagarka forcibly dragged him, assaulted him, and threatened him. The FIR was registered late Thursday night under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for hurt, wrongful confinement, and aggravated criminal intimidation.
