कैट (Confederation of All India Traders) ने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी को पत्र लिखकर दिल्ली में चल रहे विरोध प्रदर्शनों और रैलियों के कारण व्यवसायों को हुए भारी आर्थिक नुकसान के बारे में बताया है। कैट ने कहा कि इन रुकावटों, खासकर त्योहारी और शादी की खरीदारी के महत्वपूर्ण मौसम के दौरान, ग्राहकों के बाजारों तक पहुंचने में बाधा आती है और दिहाड़ी मजदूरों पर असर पड़ता है। संगठन ने आजीविका को प्रभावित करने वाले विरोध प्रदर्शनों के औचित्य पर सवाल उठाया और व्यापारियों द्वारा किए गए वित्तीय नुकसान के लिए जवाबदेही की मांग की। उन्होंने विरोध के अधिकार के खिलाफ व्यापार और आजीविका के संवैधानिक अधिकारों का हवाला दिया।
