Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has seemingly criticized the vegetarian-only menu at the BRICS Summit. He posted on social media, stating that 80% of Indians are non-vegetarian and that Indian non-vegetarian food is delicious. He also shared a picture of chole bhature, noting his sister's preparation. Congress MP Pawan Khera echoed this sentiment, accusing the government of imposing dietary preferences and questioning why India's diverse non-vegetarian culture was not showcased.

राहुल गांधी ने BRICS समिट में सिर्फ शाकाहारी खाने पर सवाल उठाए हैं। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर कहा कि 80% भारतीय मांसाहारी हैं और भारतीय मांसाहारी खाना बहुत स्वादिष्ट होता है। उन्होंने छोले भटूरे की तस्वीर भी शेयर की। पवन खेड़ा ने भी सरकार पर खान-पान थोपने का आरोप लगाया और पूछा कि भारत की मांसाहारी संस्कृति क्यों नहीं दिखाई गई।
