A 46-year-old man was allegedly beaten and hacked to death by a woman's father and four brothers in Badaun district on Thursday evening. The victim, Awadhesh Sisodia, was attacked with spades and sharp weapons after an altercation outside his home. The incident followed the police tracing the woman and Awadhesh's nephew, Aman, in Noida, nearly a year after they reportedly left home together. The woman had refused to return with her father from the police station earlier that day, leading to the confrontation.
