One 97 Communications has successfully increased its shareholding in its subsidiary, Little Internet, from 62.53% to 77.42%. This stake hike was achieved through the conversion of optionally convertible debentures and a convertible inter corporate deposit. Additionally, the company has invested Rs 100 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Paytm Money, by subscribing to its rights issue. These strategic moves indicate a deepening of One 97 Communications' control and investment in its key digital subsidiaries.

वन 97 कम्युनिकेशंस ने अपनी सहायक कंपनी लिटिल इंटरनेट में अपनी हिस्सेदारी 62.53% से बढ़ाकर 77.42% कर ली है। यह बढ़ोतरी ऑप्शनली कन्वर्टिबल डिबेंचर और कन्वर्टिबल इंटर-कॉर्पोरेट डिपॉजिट के रूपांतरण से हुई है। साथ ही, कंपनी ने अपनी पूरी तरह से स्वामित्व वाली सहायक कंपनी पेटीएम मनी में राइट्स इश्यू के जरिए 100 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश किया है। ये कदम डिजिटल सब्सिडियरी में कंपनी के नियंत्रण और निवेश को मजबूत करते हैं।
