Second Worker Dies After Suspected Gas Inhalation On Fishing Boat

A second worker has died after suspected poisonous gas inhalation inside a fishing boat's cold storage room in Kozhikode. Sachin Das, 27, from West Bengal, passed away on Saturday night while undergoing treatment. Another worker, 52-year-old Dileep Sur from the same district, had died on Friday from similar circumstances. The incident occurred on Friday morning at Beypore fishing harbour while workers were unloading fish. Rescuers were involved in saving the affected individuals.

कोझिकोड में एक मछली पकड़ने वाली नाव के कोल्ड स्टोरेज रूम के अंदर संदिग्ध जहरीली गैस के साँस लेने से एक दूसरे मजदूर की मौत हो गई है। पश्चिम बंगाल के सचिन दास, 27 साल, शनिवार रात इलाज के दौरान चल बसे। इसी जिले के एक अन्य मजदूर, 52 वर्षीय दिलीप सुर की शुक्रवार को इसी तरह की परिस्थितियों में मौत हो गई थी। यह घटना शुक्रवार सुबह बेपोर मछली बंदरगाह पर हुई जब मजदूर मछली उतार रहे थे। बचाव दल प्रभावित व्यक्तियों को बचाने में शामिल थे।
