Kerala: Judge's 17-Year-Old Son Kills Scooter Rider In Mercedes Crash

A 17-year-old boy, son of an Additional District Judge, allegedly crashed a Mercedes into a scooter in Kochi, Kerala, killing the rider. The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Jayabalkrishnan, a local vendor. The car, registered in the judge's name, was reportedly being driven by the minor at high speed. Police have taken the teenager into custody and are investigating for rash driving and causing death by negligence. Blood samples have been collected for further examination.
