A two-year-old girl named Misha has died in Telangana's Medchal-Malkajgiri district after accidentally ingesting cyanide. While her parents were inside Vishnu Jewellers, Misha found a pouch containing the toxic chemical used in jewellery work outside the shop and consumed it. Her health deteriorated rapidly, leading to her death during treatment at a private hospital. The family has accused the shop management of gross negligence for leaving the hazardous chemical accessible.
