Nvidia has launched a new AI data center system called DSX POD, designed to significantly reduce the time companies need to deploy artificial intelligence infrastructure. The ready-made system, fitting within a shipping container-sized structure, can cut setup time from six months down to just 14 days. This allows businesses to start using their AI systems and generating revenue much faster, avoiding prolonged costs associated with traditional, lengthy data center builds. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated this acceleration is a major breakthrough for AI factories, enabling quicker expansion of computing capacity.
