RBL Bank Asset Base to Grow by ₹11,000 Crore Post-Emirates NBD Branch Merger

RBL Bank anticipates an addition of ₹10,000 to ₹11,000 crore to its balance sheet following the amalgamation of three Emirates NBD branches. This move has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India. The bank's MD and CEO, R Subramaniakumar, noted that RBL Bank has doubled its balance sheet since March 2022 and is aiming for a compound annual growth rate of at least 20 percent. Discussions also covered net interest margin outlook, distribution norms, and plans for insurance and asset management.

आरबीएल बैंक को तीन एमिरेट्स एनबीडी शाखाओं के विलय के बाद अपनी बैलेंस शीट में ₹10,000 से ₹11,000 करोड़ की बढ़ोतरी की उम्मीद है। इस कदम को भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक से मंजूरी मिल गई है। बैंक के एमडी और सीईओ, आर. सुब्रमणियाकुमार ने कहा कि आरबीएल बैंक ने मार्च 2022 से अपनी बैलेंस शीट को दोगुना कर लिया है और इसका लक्ष्य कम से कम 20 प्रतिशत की चक्रवृद्धि वार्षिक वृद्धि दर हासिल करना है। नेट इंटरेस्ट मार्जिन के दृष्टिकोण, वितरण मानदंडों और बीमा तथा परिसंपत्ति प्रबंधन की योजनाओं पर भी चर्चा हुई।
