दोनों हाथ गंवा चुके एक व्यक्ति ने उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत की पत्नी पर धोखाधड़ी का आरोप लगाया है। हरिओम सहगल का दावा है कि उन्होंने 2021 में ₹56 लाख में एक इमारत बेची थी, लेकिन उन्हें केवल ₹12.80 लाख मिले और बाद के चेक भी बाउंस हो गए। उन्होंने आगे आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें बेदखली, मारपीट और धमकियों का सामना करना पड़ा। इस विवाद में प्रॉपर्टी के लेन-देन से जुड़ी वित्तीय अनियमितताओं और शारीरिक धमकी के आरोप शामिल हैं।
