AAP Alleges Textbook Printing Corruption; BJP Dismisses Charge
Times of India · politics
AAP has accused the Delhi government of corruption in the printing of free textbooks for students, alleging a 40% commission was pocketed. An AAP functionary presented textbooks of inferior quality compared to those available in the open market, citing smaller size, grey paper, and poor printing. The party claimed tender specifications for paper quality were violated. Delhi BJP dismissed the allegations as baseless, suggesting AAP is trying to offset its failures in Punjab.
