Revenue grew 15.6% to ₹16,180 crore, surpassing analyst estimates. The company achieved its fourth consecutive quarter of new deal wins exceeding $1 billion, reflecting strong customer trust and AI capabilities. Tech Mahindra also announced a bonus share issue and an interim dividend of ₹15 per share.

टेक महिंद्रा ने जुलाई-सितंबर तिमाही (FY27) में ₹1,586 करोड़ का मुनाफा दर्ज किया, जो पिछले साल की इसी अवधि की तुलना में 32.7% अधिक है। यह वृद्धि मुख्य रूप से विनिर्माण और संचार क्षेत्रों में मजबूत प्रदर्शन के कारण हुई। कंपनी का राजस्व 15.6% बढ़कर ₹16,180 करोड़ हो गया, जो विश्लेषकों के अनुमानों से बेहतर है। टेक महिंद्रा ने लगातार चौथी तिमाही में $1 बिलियन से अधिक की नई डील जीती हैं, जो ग्राहकों के भरोसे और AI क्षमताओं को दर्शाता है। कंपनी ने बोनस शेयर जारी करने और ₹15 प्रति शेयर के अंतरिम लाभांश की भी घोषणा की है।
