The European Commission has imposed binding rules on Google under the Digital Markets Act. यूरोपियन कमीशन ने डिजिटल मार्केट्स एक्ट के तहत गूगल पर कड़े नियम लागू किए हैं। इन नियमों के अनुसार, एंड्रॉयड के प्रतिस्पर्धियों के लिए AI इंटरऑपरेबिलिटी ज़रूरी होगी और गूगल को अपने सर्च डेटा को प्रतिद्वंद्वियों के साथ साझा करना होगा। इसका मकसद डिजिटल बाज़ार में ज़्यादा प्रतिस्पर्धा लाना है, ताकि बड़ी टेक कंपनियाँ अपनी ताकत का गलत फायदा न उठा सकें।
