CII, Mysuru Zone, successfully concluded its "SHE Leads: 10,000 Dreams. One Movement." initiative, reaching 10,162 undergraduate women students across 19 colleges. Conducted over a month, the program featured 45 sessions led by 28 industry leaders and experts, focusing on enhancing career readiness, leadership, and workplace skills. The initiative aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by building confidence and providing practical insights. CII Mysuru plans to expand this program to empower more young women for the evolving world of work.

CII, मैसूर ज़ोन ने सफलतापूर्वक अपनी "SHE Leads: 10,000 Dreams. One Movement." पहल पूरी की, जिसने 19 कॉलेजों की 10,162 स्नातक छात्राओं तक पहुँच बनाई। एक महीने तक चले इस कार्यक्रम में 28 उद्योग जगत के नेताओं और विशेषज्ञों के नेतृत्व में 45 सत्र हुए, जिनका ध्यान करियर की तैयारी, नेतृत्व और कार्यस्थल के हुनर को बढ़ाने पर था। इस पहल का मकसद आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाकर और व्यावहारिक जानकारी देकर, पढ़ाई और उद्योग की उम्मीदों के बीच की खाई को पाटना था। CII मैसूर की योजना इस कार्यक्रम का विस्तार करके ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा युवा महिलाओं को काम की बदलती दुनिया के लिए तैयार करने की है।
