Centre Monitors Nepal Floods, Reservoir Levels Receding

The Centre is closely monitoring the flood situation in Nepal, with water levels in reservoirs on the Nepal side reportedly receding. The Ministry of Home Affairs has stated there is no need to panic. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has spoken with the Chief Ministers of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh to review preparedness measures in potentially affected areas.

केंद्र सरकार नेपाल में बाढ़ की स्थिति पर कड़ी नज़र रख रही है। बताया जा रहा है कि नेपाल की तरफ़ जलाशयों में पानी का स्तर कम हो रहा है। गृह मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि घबराने की कोई बात नहीं है। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने बिहार और उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्रियों से बात करके प्रभावित हो सकने वाले इलाकों में तैयारियों का जायज़ा लिया है।
