The Hindu · india

Keralam's 15th Five Year Plan, spanning 2027 to 2032, aims to boost the state's GSDP from ₹16 lakh crore to ₹28 lakh crore, targeting an annual growth rate of 7% compared to the current 5%. The plan will be prepared in a 'project mode' using the SMART framework, focusing on specific, measurable, achievable, result-oriented, and time-bound goals. Growth will be underpinned by a social foundation of essential services and livelihood support, while adhering to an ecological ceiling to protect the state's environment and mitigate climate risks.
