Kerala Govt to Ensure Public Access to Munnar Digital Survey Details Online

The Kerala government has informed the High Court that public access to details of the digital survey in Munnar will be provided through an online platform. This submission was made in response to petitions seeking the eviction of encroachers. The court was also informed that a list of assignable lands is being prepared, and a special investigation team is verifying pattas. The government assured that future encroachments would be strictly monitored and removed. The court is monitoring developments in Idukki district and will deal with any violations seriously.

केरल सरकार ने हाई कोर्ट को बताया है कि मुन्नार में डिजिटल सर्वे की जानकारी जनता को ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म के ज़रिए दी जाएगी। यह बात अतिक्रमणकारियों को हटाने की याचिकाओं के जवाब में कही गई। कोर्ट को यह भी बताया गया कि पट्टे योग्य ज़मीनों की एक लिस्ट तैयार की जा रही है और एक स्पेशल इन्वेस्टिगेशन टीम पट्टों की जांच कर रही है। सरकार ने भरोसा दिलाया कि भविष्य में अतिक्रमण पर कड़ी नज़र रखी जाएगी और उन्हें हटाया जाएगा। कोर्ट इडुक्की जिले के हालात पर नज़र रखे हुए है और किसी भी उल्लंघन को गंभीरता से लेगा।
