The Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation seeking a stay on the release of Sunny Deol's upcoming film 'Suryaa: Ant Se Aarambh Tak', scheduled for November 20. Petitioners had objected to the trailer, alleging it glorifies violence against medical professionals and portrays the healthcare sector as corrupt. A division bench noted a similar petition was already pending and saw no reason to entertain the new PIL, suggesting petitioners join the existing matter.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने सनी देओल की आने वाली फिल्म 'सूर्या: अंत से आरंभ तक' की रिलीज पर रोक लगाने की मांग करने वाली एक जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करने से इनकार कर दिया है। यह फिल्म 20 नवंबर को रिलीज होने वाली है। याचिकाकर्ताओं ने फिल्म के ट्रेलर पर आपत्ति जताई थी, उनका आरोप था कि यह मेडिकल पेशेवरों के खिलाफ हिंसा का महिमामंडन करती है और स्वास्थ्य सेवा क्षेत्र को भ्रष्ट दर्शाती है। एक डिविजन बेंच ने कहा कि ऐसी ही एक याचिका पहले से लंबित है और नई जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई का कोई कारण नहीं है, उन्होंने याचिकाकर्ताओं को मौजूदा मामले में शामिल होने का सुझाव दिया।
