Russia is planning to establish its own payment system that will be domestic in origin but international in function. PSB bank chairman stated that this framework is necessary for Russia. रूस अपनी खुद की पेमेंट सिस्टम बनाने की सोच रहा है। यह सिस्टम देश के अंदर तो काम करेगा ही, साथ ही अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी इस्तेमाल हो सकेगा। पीएसबी बैंक के चेयरमैन ने कहा कि रूस के लिए यह बहुत ज़रूरी है। इसका मकसद एक मज़बूत वित्तीय ढाँचा तैयार करना है, जो मौजूदा ग्लोबल पेमेंट सिस्टम का एक विकल्प बन सके।
